It is the trustee who manages the monitoring of the work in the common areas of the building. The private works are exclusively managed by the co-owners, but it is better to inform the trustee in case of work. The general meeting can decide that one of the co-owners manages the follow-up of works to the common parts (estimate, follow-up, reception, etc.) or mandate an expert for the management of more specific works (architect, engineer, etc.).
