CREATION OF CO-OWNERSHIP

Active Syndic Management ltd takes care of the administration related to the creation of your co-ownership. from the drafting of contracts to calls for funds and provisions, through the audit of the building, the opening or the recovery of the account in bank, the creation of the co-ownership

GENERAL ASSEMBLY

When a co-owners signs a contract with Active Syndic Management, we organize a general meeting of launch to put in place the main administrative points: resumption of the contract, annual budget, works and reserve funds.

Holding of an annual meeting where owners can share any issue and the budget for the oncoming year will be voted.

SITE MAINTENACE

As a trustee we are involved in the proper maintenance of the site, governed by the CCM (Code Civil Mauricien). We ensure that the so-called common spaces and all common equipment is kept in good condition

LEGAL

The syndic has the obligation to provide legal support to the co-ownership in the event of a dispute between owners and the latter has the moral obligation to stand on a neutral ground. With the help of it’s legal advisors, Active Syndic Management will take legal actions against any owner(s) or actions deemed needful by the assembly.

ACCOUNTING

The syndic manages the accounting of the co-ownership which is held by professional accountants. All members can have access at anytime to the expenses of the site.

SUBMETERING

Several condominium nowadays  are equipped with a shared meter reader and thus Active Syndic Management provides an easy invoicing method, for electricity, water and gas.

With our mobile app and backend invoicing system, there is no room for error and owners can have a followup on their monthly usage.
